With over 20 years of experience in materials development for education and industry, CESD developed a series of courses and lessons called ReadiSkills® for teaching general work place skills.

ReadiSkills materials focus on the development of successful intelligence. Simply said, successful intelligence is the collection of skills that allow people to have meaningful and productive careers. ReadiSkills addresses the gap in educational programming in the area of successful intelligence.

The ReadiSkills program provides educational materials to public schools, community colleges, and others in order to help students make the transition to a work environment. ReadiSkills also supports national school-to-work programs.
