Human Resource Systems

CESD has developed several human resource systems to align them with the strategic needs of the business. This means examining human resource practices in general such as employee evaluation systems, employee orientations, and related practices, and then developing improvements in selected areas of human resource management including compensation systems, job descriptions, and promotion practices. We have supported organizations in aligning their compensation systems with strategic direction including wage/salary surveys, bonus plan design, and other compensation practices. We have also examined job assignments, job descriptions, and other work systems with respects to emerging needs of the business.
