Continuous Quality Improvement CESD has extensive experience with readiness assessments, initial design and development activities, transformation strategies (change management), employee training, active facilitation (pilot or special teams), and performance measurement and evaluation. CESD has both initiated these projects and intervened to troubleshoot and assist with corrective action where processes were failing. CESD has a full
range of experience in team development and associated training needs.
From team launches, with well-developed teaming manuals, to facilitator
training and coaching, we have worked with a large number of diverse
organizations in creating a truer teaming environment. CESD is comfortable
working with top leadership, as well as employees throughout the organization
related to teaming principles and practices. CESD is nationally recognized for its integrated product development (IPD) work. With a heavy emphasis on teaming, IPD concentrates on reducing the time to market, improving first-time quality, and adding value to products or services offered by an organization. |
