Background
The Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and Development, Inc., (CESD), was created to support individual organizations in West Virginia and thereby help strengthen the economy of West Virginia. We are a nonprofit organization affiliated with West Virginia University (WVU).

Vision
We want to be a catalyst for economic growth in West Virginia. We see ourselves as contributors rather than consultants. We measure our success by the question, "Were organizations able to help themselves and continue to improve after we finished the project?" Many of our projects are milestones in the history of the organizations that seek our help. Our professional team is from varied backgrounds.
