Business Skills Training

Business skills training involves the development of an understanding of what makes an organization successful. CESD has worked with organizations to establish new forms of work organization in which teams become the governance structure. In these organizations, productivity levels have increased, while quality, safety, attendance, and other measures of work have improved. Some of these projects have been conducted with active participation of the labor unions of the organizations.
